Briefing & Managing Agencies course

Leading any agency to deliver great work for your business, is a key responsibility of marketers. Whether it's a creative, communications, digital, research or brand agency.

All too often, marketers can miss the importance of a written brief or can be subjective in giving feedback to agency. An experienced marketer knows the skills to apply to lead agencies with the business’ objectives top of mind, and give feedback demonstrating they keep the customer’s mindset front-and-centre.

In this course, you'll learn best practices for each of the key stages of working with agencies, plus how your marketing skills are evaluated as you lead agencies for your business.
